How to Wholesale Bags from China

YC VIS is a bag factory in Hebei, China. We make men's bags, women's bags and backpacks for wholesale buyers worldwide. This guide explains exactly how ordering works, so you can plan costs and timelines before you contact us.

Step 1 — Choose your styles

Browse the catalog and note the product codes (SKU) you like. Every product page shows real photos, colors, material, size and tiered wholesale prices — the more you order of one style, the lower the unit price.

Step 2 — MOQ and pricing

The minimum order is 100 pieces per style, and colors can be mixed within those 100 pieces. All prices on this site are EXW factory prices (ex-works). A written quotation stays valid for 7 days.

Step 3 — Samples

Before mass production you can order a sample of any style. The sample fee is USD 50 per style, samples are ready in 3–7 days, and the fee is deducted from your order once you place it.

Step 4 — Production and lead times

• Stock styles: 7–15 days
• Existing styles with your custom logo: 20–25 days
• Fully custom styles (your own design, from 1,000 pieces): 25–30 days

Step 5 — Payment

We accept T/T bank transfer: a 30% deposit starts production and the balance is paid before shipment. For fully custom styles the deposit is 60%.

Step 6 — Shipping

Prices do not include international freight or taxes, and we do not offer DDP terms. We deliver your goods to your freight forwarder in China, or help coordinate pickup — most buyers ship by sea for bulk orders and by air/express for samples and urgent restocks.
